Ten breathing exercises are introduced in even-numbered sessions 2 through 20. This means you get two weeks to practice each breath before taking up the next breath. The breaths you have already practiced now become part of daily routine.
Each breathing exercise session consists of

- Benefits of the breath
Management self-development topics on Authentic Leadership, Circle of Concern and Circle of Influence, Time Management, Power of Imagination, Creative Visualization and Mental Picturing
and others
are introduced in the odd numbered
sessions
(weeks 3 to 21) throughout the course.
